The Non Commissioned Officers Association on Broad St has stood as a gathering point for enlisted service members, veterans, and their families in New Port Richey since its charter. This is a place where rank-and-file service is remembered with dignity, where the people who kept the military running are recognized for the backbone they provided.

The atmosphere here is earned, not curated. Visitors consistently describe a genuine warmth at the door, a bartender who knows how to set the tone, and neighbors who show up not just for a drink but to share something real. Events like celebrations of life bring the community together to honor those who have passed, holding space for grief and gratitude in equal measure.

With a 4.5-star rating from members and guests, the association has built a reputation for friendly faces, a welcoming floor, and the kind of camaraderie that only forms when people have shared something larger than themselves.

What We Offer

The NCOA New Port Richey chapter offers more than a meeting hall. It provides a social home, a place where members gather for food, fellowship, and the quiet work of honoring service. The bar and social areas create a comfortable, unpretentious environment where regulars and first-time visitors are treated with the same easy respect.

The association hosts community events that mark significant dates and personal milestones, from memorial observances to celebrations of life for members who have passed. These gatherings reflect the chapter's core purpose: to keep the bonds of military service alive long after the uniform comes off.

Membership connects enlisted veterans and active-duty NCOs to advocacy, camaraderie, and a local network that understands what they have given.

"I was in there recently to hang out some fellow Veterans! Got hackled by some guy who didn’t like my taste of music (old country). I tried to extend an olive branch and still remain nice to the old guy. After him making fun of my Veteran disability status I had enough and told him the deal! Then the bartender kicked me out after being hackled and berated by this man for an hour! Horrible club NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!"
